Importing data

Switching from one billing solution, whether it's home-grown or another billing platform, is always a tricky undertaking. At Solvimon, we provide you with a smooth onboarding including all the support you need for switching from one billing solution to ours.

There are several ways to import your data:

1. Via our Excel or Google Sheets templates
2. Via an integration with your CRM or ERP system
3. Integrating via our API

File bulk imports

To import large amounts of data and do it in a controlled way, Solvimon offers importing data via Google Sheets or standard Excel files.

Product imports

We offer an out-of-the box import option for your products. Please request the form from our team.

Customer imports

Importing a list of customers and the option to add additional settings such as tax exemption, parent-child relationships or custom fields is part of the import solution. Request support in your Slack channel or your implementation manager for the possibilities.

Subscription imports

Onboarding your current contracts and billing structures can feel like quite the project, and we understand the importance of migrating your contract data correctly, including all custom agreements that are engrained.

We help you set up standardized pricing plans, and to create a process where you can provide us with excel sheets with your contracts, billing agreements, and tailored pricing or discount agreements with specific customers.

Import from your CRM or ERP system

You might already have your product offering, customer lists, and contracts in another tool like a CRM or ERP. Most integrations work with a one-time sync to align your tool's data with Solvimon.

Solvimon has a wide range of out-of-the-box integrations with the industry's most popular tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Xero, NetSuite, Exact, Quickbooks and many more. You can even import customers from your PSP like Stripe.

Import through API
