Onboarding stages
Switching billing platforms is not for the faintest of heart! But don't worry, we got you.
Onboarding to the Solvimon platform has multiple stages to make sure all goes according to plan and customers do not even noticed you switched:
Configuration
This stage is meant to start configuring your pricing in the Solvimon platform and to generate a structure for your future billing strategy.
And, whether you are also changing up your pricing or billing strategy or switching as-is, you will always get high-end support from our implementation team via your support channel and in regularly planned check-in moments.

Dry-run
A tried-and-tested approach is to 'dry-run' one or more billing cycles of your current pricing and billing setup to compare the outcomes and invoice data.
The tests help you figure out whether there was no pricing complexity overlooked, and to give you an idea of the process once you are actually going to send invoices. Also, it generates test data for your reporting teams to implement so all reporting works as expected, too.
We have several reporting options to make analyzing the outcomes easier, read more about them here.
Go-live
There are several options when it comes to your go-live plan. One of them is a soft launch with the option to start with a selection of your customers. The other option is a big launch of (almost) all your customers.
We thoroughly go through all the options with you and find a solution that works best for your organization and your customers, depending on the pricing complexity, resources available in your organization, and other elements.
Onboarding stakeholders
Obviously, onboarding stakeholders is something that can be part of the go-live planning too. But you might want to present the success of the billing process improvements within your company. Consequently, you might want to plan workshops for sales, finance, or operations teams to land the new pricing, billing and maybe even reporting opportunities.
