As part of Solvimon Insights we also provide a usage dashboard, this dashboard can be found under Insights/Usage insights. This dashboard provides information on events related to meters, meter value calculations and features that depend on meter value calculations.

The primary elements on the usage dashboard include:

Filters

Date: Filter data by specific date ranges based on the ingest date.
Meter: Filter by the name of the meter associated with the ingestion event.
Meter Value: Filter by the name of the meter value that was associated with the ingestion event.
Customer: Filter by the name of the customer, using the legal name for organizations and the customer reference for individuals.
Meter Property: Filter by the name of the meter property. Note that this filter is a "contains" hence will not automatically show a drop-down list.
Meter Property Value: Filter by the value of the meter property. Note that this filter is a "contains" hence will not automatically show a drop-down list.

Tabs

The following tabs are found in the usage insights dashboard:

Meters: Everything related to metering and general meter insights.
Meter Value Calculations: Information related to meter value calculations.
Features: Information related to usage features that depend on meter value calculations.
Meter Properties: Information related to used meter properties in invoices.

Meters

Event Count: The total number of meter ingestion events that are processed by day.
Unique Customers: The count of unique customers.
Unique Products: The count of unique products.
Daily Events by Meter: A count of daily events categorised by meter.
Events by Customer: A breakdown of customers by event count.
Events by Product: A breakdown of products by event count.
Meter Value Numbers: A table grouped by Meter, Meter Value, Customer and aggregates by Event Count and Meter Value Number.
Meter Value Amounts: A table grouped by Meter, Meter Value, Customer and aggregates by Event Count and Meter Value Amount.

Meter Value Calculations

Unique Meter Value Calculations: The count of unique meter value calculations.
Unique Meters: The count of unique meters that were used in meter value calculations.
Daily Calculation by Meter Value: The meter value calculation metric (number or amount) categorised by meter value calculation (name and type). E.g. API calls (SUM).
Meter Value Calculation Numbers: A table grouped by Customer, Meter, Meter Value, Calculation Type and aggregates by Calculation Number (based on the meter value number).
Meter Value Calculation Amounts: A table grouped by Customer, Meter, Meter Value, Calculation Type and aggregates by Calculation Number (based on the meter value amount).

Features

Unique Usage Features: The count of unique features that use a meter value calculation.
Daily Calculation by Feature: The feature defined by the meter value calculation metric (number or amount) categorised by meter value calculation (name and type). E.g. API calls (SUM).
Usage Feature Calculation Numbers: A table grouped by Customer, Meter, Meter Value, Calculation Type and aggregates by Calculation Number (based on the meter value number).
Usage FeatureCalculation Amounts: A table grouped by Customer, Meter, Meter Value, Calculation Type and aggregates by Calculation Number (based on the meter value amount).

Meter Properties

Invoice Amount per Meter Property: A table grouped by Customer, Product, Meter Property, Meter Property Value, Invoice Resource ID and aggregates the Units, Total Units, Amount and Total Amount. The units and amount values come from the related invoice.
