Pricing Report
Overview
The Pricing Report provides a consolidated view of all pricing configurations defined within the platform. It combines:
Pricing Plan-Level Configuration
- Default pricing rules
- Pricing groups and items
- Included volumes
- Seat configurations
- Tiered/banded pricing
- Fees, caps, floors, and constraints
Schedule-Level Overrides
- Time-bound pricing modifications
- Seat overrides
- Included volume overrides
- Enabled/disabled pricing resources
- Reset logic and validity periods
This report is designed to provide full transparency into:
- How pricing is defined at the plan level
- How pricing is modified at the subscription schedule level
- What configuration is currently active
- The historical and versioned structure of pricing plans
Each row represents a pricing configuration entry, which may originate from either:
- A Pricing Plan, or
- A Schedule Override applied to a subscription

Schedule-level fields represent time-bound modifications to plan-level pricing. These overrides allow temporary or conditional changes to seat counts, included volumes, and enabled pricing resources.
