Overview

The Pricing Report provides a consolidated view of all pricing configurations defined within the platform. It combines:

Pricing Plan-Level Configuration

Default pricing rules
Pricing groups and items
Included volumes
Seat configurations
Tiered/banded pricing
Fees, caps, floors, and constraints

Schedule-Level Overrides

Time-bound pricing modifications
Seat overrides
Included volume overrides
Enabled/disabled pricing resources
Reset logic and validity periods

This report is designed to provide full transparency into:

How pricing is defined at the plan level
How pricing is modified at the subscription schedule level
What configuration is currently active
The historical and versioned structure of pricing plans

Each row represents a pricing configuration entry, which may originate from either:

A Pricing Plan, or
A Schedule Override applied to a subscription

Field Definitions

1. Platform & Pricing Identification

Column Name	Description
Platform ID	Unique identifier of the platform/environment where the pricing configuration exists.
Pricing ID	Unique identifier of the pricing record.
Pricing Name	Human-readable name of the pricing record
Override Type
Pricing Source	Indicates the origin of the pricing configuration (STANDARD or OVERRIDE)
Original Pricing ID	Reference to the original pricing configuration when an override exists.

2. Pricing Plan Information

Column Name	Description
Pricing Plan ID	Unique identifier of the pricing plan.
Pricing Plan Reference	External or business reference for the pricing plan.
Pricing Plan Name	Name of the pricing plan.
Pricing Plan Description	Description of the pricing plan.
Pricing Plan Type
Pricing Plan Version ID	Unique identifier of the specific version of the pricing plan.
Pricing Plan Version	Version number of the pricing plan.
Pricing Plan Version Status	Status of the pricing plan version (e.g., draft, active, archived).
Pricing Plan Version Created At	Timestamp when the version was created.
Pricing Plan Version Last Modified At	Timestamp when the version was last updated.

3. Pricing Group Information

Column Name	Description
Pricing Group ID	Unique identifier of the pricing group within the pricing plan version.
Pricing Group Name	Name of the pricing group.
Pricing Group Product Type	Pricing Group Type (DEFAULT or ADDON).
Pricing Group Selection Constraint	Rules defining how products in this group can be selected (AT LEAST ONE, AT MOST ONE, EXACTLY ONE).

4. Product & Pricing Item Information

Column Name	Description
Pricing Item ID	Unique identifier of the pricing item.
Product Reference	External/business reference for the product.
Product Name	Name of the product.
Product Item Reference	External reference for the specific product item.
Product Item Name	Name of the specific product item.
Config ID	Identifier of the pricing configuration associated with the item.
Pricing Type	Type of pricing model (e.g., fixed, tiered, usage-based, percentage-based).

5. Default Configuration (Plan-Level Defaults)

5.1 Default Included Volume

Column Name	Description
Config Default Included Volume Number	Default numeric value for included volume.
Config Default Included Volume Quantity	Quantity associated with the included volume (Monetary)
Config Default Included Volume Currency	Currency associated with the included volume, if monetary.

6. Pricing Rules

Pricing Rule Properties	Properties used to define pricing conditions (e.g., usage metric, region, customer tier).
Pricing Rule Values	Values applied to the pricing rule properties.
Pricing Rule Comparators	Comparators used in pricing rule evaluation (e.g., equals, greater than, between).

7. Tier / Band Configuration

Column Name	Description
Band Bound Currency	Currency used for band boundaries.
Band Lower Quantity	Lower quantity boundary of the pricing band (Monetary type)
Band Upper Quantity	Upper quantity boundary of the pricing band (Monetary type)
Band Lower Count	Lower count boundary of the band.
Band Upper Count	Upper count boundary of the band.

8. Pricing Values

Column Name	Description
Pricing Currency	Currency in which the price is defined.
Price	Price of the product item.
Fixed Quantity	Price for recurring fees.
Percentage	Percentage value used for amount-based products.
Included Volume Size Number	Number of units of the price (e.g., price per unit, price per 1000 units).

9. Subscription Information

Column Name	Description
Pricing Plan Subscription ID	Unique identifier of the subscription.
Pricing Plan Subscription Reference	External/business reference for the subscription.
Pricing Plan Subscription Name	Name of the subscription.
Customer ID	Unique identifier of the customer associated with the subscription.

10. Schedule-Level Overrides (WIP)

Schedule-level fields represent time-bound modifications to plan-level pricing. These overrides allow temporary or conditional changes to seat counts, included volumes, and enabled pricing resources.

10.1 Schedule Identification

Pricing Plan Schedule ID	Unique identifier of the pricing schedule.
Schedule Enabled Pricing Resource IDs	IDs of pricing resources enabled on the schedule.
