Details: Customers
The Customers tab under Insights → Details is a deep dive into one customer: what they were billed this month and in total, where the month is heading, what they still owe, which products they pay for and every invoice they received. Use it to prepare an account review or to answer a customer’s question about their billing.

Key figures
This month’s revenue
The customer’s billed revenue for the current calendar month: the total, including tax, of their final invoices with an invoice date in this month.
The badges under the tile compare it with last month (MoM) and the same month last year (YoY), using the same formulas as on Overview. The current month is month-to-date, so the MoM badge is usually negative early in the month.
Projected month revenue
Where the customer’s billed revenue lands this month if the pace so far continues.
The projection is a straight line, so it only makes sense for customers who are invoiced several times a month. For a customer with one invoice a month, it overshoots right after the invoice is finalised.
Overdue invoice amount and overdue invoice count
The total, including tax, and the number of the customer’s invoices that are final, not marked as paid, not on hold and past their due date, across all time.
Use them before you contact a customer about payment.
These tiles only work when payments are synchronised to Solvimon and the paid status is actively used. Otherwise every final invoice past its due date counts as overdue, even when the customer has paid it. See Payment status.
Total revenue
Everything the customer has been billed: the total, including tax, of all their final invoices.
Use it as the customer’s lifetime billed value.
Charts and tables
Monthly revenue
The customer’s billed revenue, including tax, per billing period month for the last 12 months.
Use it to see whether the customer is growing, stable or declining.
Revenue per product
The customer’s revenue per product, excluding tax, from final invoices, for up to 25 products.
Use it to see which products the customer actually uses and pays for, for example to spot cross-sell opportunities.
Open balance per customer
The outstanding amount, including tax: final invoices not marked as paid, whether pending, overdue or on hold.
With a customer selected, the chart shows that customer’s open balance. Without a selection, it shows the 15 customers with the highest open balance. Like the overdue tiles, the open balance only works when payments are synchronised to Solvimon and the paid status is actively used.
Invoices
Every invoice of the customer, with invoice number, customer, invoice date, due date, status, reporting currency and billed revenue. Void, empty and future invoices are left out. The table shows 50 rows per page.
The Billed revenue column shows the invoice total for final invoices. Draft and open invoices show 0 until they are finalised, because they aren’t billed yet. Use the table to look up an invoice’s status, dates and amount.
