Report downloads

There are several reports that can be downloaded, either within Solvimon Desk or via the API. Note that the data used in every visualisation and table in our Insights product can be downloaded as well.

Downloadable extracts

The following reports can be downloaded as extracts at this time:

• Invoice header data: the main information of the invoice
• Invoice line data: all detailed invoice lines of invoices
• Tax summaries: tax categories, percentages and amounts
• Invoice usage report: usage events connected to specific invoices

Available reports via Support

There are several reports that our analytics team can create for you:

• Event cost allocation: a per-event cost allocation estimation
• Unmatched events: a report of ingested events that were not matched to a subscription or invoice
• Invoiced events: an overview of events processed for which invoices and customers
• Child breakdown report: a breakdown of invoice data per child customer
• Configured Pricing Plans and Overrides: an export of all subscriptions and the pricing and price overrides per product item
• Invoice overview: an overview of all invoices with additional columns and custom fields
