In addition to the general and usage insights dashboards, this dashboard provides information on about your customers. The main elements of this dashboard include:

  • An overview of all your customers, e.g. customer count, world map, life time value.
  • New and churned customers.
  • Customer invoice summary.

The primary elements on the usage dashboard include:

Filters

  • Date: Filter data by specific date ranges based on the ingest date.
  • Customer: Filter by the name of the customer, using the legal name for organizations and the customer reference for individuals.
  • Customer Country: The 2 letter ISO-code of the Customer’s country.

Tiles

  • Total Customers: The total number of customer in the selected period.
  • New Customers: The count of new customers during the selected period. Note that returning customers are not counted as new customers.
  • Churned Customers: The count of customer that have churned during the selected period. A customer churns when they not longer have an active pricing plan.
  • Active Customers by Month: A count of active customers per month. An active customer means that they have an active pricing plan during that month.
  • Customers by Country: A world map including customer counts per country.
  • New & Churned Customers: A count of new and churned customers by month.
  • Life Time Value: A table containing the life time value of a customer. The life time value is calculated as the total invoice revenue (including tax) for that customer. This also includes invoices that are still in draft.
  • Customer Table: A table containing a summary of the customer, pricing plan, product and this includes the first invoice date, last invoice date and total invoice amount (including tax).
