Our Insights product is designed to empower your platform with valuable and relevant insights. This page will cover the key aspects of the product, including the available dashboards, data refresh rates, filters, data presentation, and security policies.

Dashboards

There are multiple analytics dashboards:

  • General Insights: The landing page of Solvimon Insights provides a high-level overview of invoice data relevant to your platform. This serves as a starting point for deeper analysis and understanding.
  • Usage Insights: As part of Solvimon Insights we also provide a usage dashboard, this dashboard can be found under the Usage tab. This dashboard provides information on events related to metering.
  • Customer Insights: In addition to the invoice and usage dashboards, this dashboard provides information on about your customers.

Data refresh rate

Data is updated hourly to balance query performance and having up-to-date insights. Hence it might take up to 60 minutes before a new event is processed into our insights dashboards.

Data presentation

The monetary amounts within Solvimon Insights are currently presented in Euros. This means that also other currencies are converted to Euros, based on the latest exchange rate or, when available, the exchange rate at invoice date. The date filter and dates presented are based on the customer’s timezone, meaning all dates are automatically converted to the relevant customer’s timezone. This ensures consistency and accuracy in reporting.

We take data security seriously. Solvimon Insights is designed to ensure that only data relevant to your platform is displayed. Our permission and security policies are robust and are in place to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your data. All data is stored in our data warehouses.
