To automate invoicing processes, Solvimon’s integration with ERP systems harmonises billing data seamlessly, reducing errors and providing a unified view of financial transactions within the organisation.

You can find the supported integrations in Solvimon Desk under Menu → Settings → Integrations.

Supported Flows

We currently support multiple workflows for syncing data across ERP systems and our Solvimon Platform.

Below is a comprehensive overview of these workflows. These workflows can be enabled or disabled in the integration configuration settings of the specific integration.

Workflow	Description
Sync Customers	Creates customers on the Solvimon platform from ERP
Sync Contacts	Creates contacts for customers
Sync Billing Entities	Creates Billing entities on the Solvimon Platform
Sync Bank	Creates bank account and maps it to the Billing entity on Solvimon
Sync Products	Creates and syncs products and offerings on the Solvimon’s platform from the ERP
Sync Invoices	Syncs generated invoices for the customer from Solvimon to the ERP
Sync Credit Invoices	Syncs generated credit invoices for the customer from Solvimon to the ERP
