Features help you define the various features offered as part of your product line and pricing plan offerings. You want to add them to your plans and communicate to your customers, but you do not specifically bill anything for them and they are not stated on your invoices to customers.

Feature types

Features can have several types.

Switch

For features that can be switched on or off for a user. Other names can be toggle or a feature flag.

Enum

For features that have multiple values that can be multi-selected, such as the type of Support channels a user has access to. An example of an Enum feature is a selections like payment methods.

Number

Features that involve numerical values, often indicating usage limits, quantities, or thresholds. Such as allowing a user to create a maximum of 500 contacts in your platform.

Amount

Features that involve monetary values, often representing credits, allowances, or subscription tiers. An example could be a credit of $1000 per month.
