Entitlements

Entitlements are the set of rights customers have to your features in a certain pricing plan or subscription. They consist of a feature and a value that can be considered as the feature gating maximum value. In case of a switch or enum type, the values are on an ‘included’ basis or not.

Entitlements can be set as a default setting in the pricing plan but can be overwritten in the customer-specific subscriptions. Entitlements are not shared on an invoice and will only be shown in the quote if applicable.
