Why connect your CRM
Your sales team already maintains customers, deals, and contract terms in the CRM. A CRM integration means a closed deal becomes a billable customer and subscription in Solvimon without manual re-entry, and billing data (invoices, payment status, subscription state) flows back so sales sees the full customer picture. During onboarding, the same integration can run a one-time sync to seed Solvimon with your existing customer base; see Integrations & importing data.
