Live server: test server (test.mcp.solvimon.com) only.

Creates, updates and deactivates webhook endpoints.

Actions: create, update, deactivate

• Event names must match exactly (INVOICE.PAID), without wildcards. Unknown names are refused with the list of real ones.
• When included_actions is set, excluded_actions is ignored, and the result warns you.
• The authentication type (API_KEY, PASSWORD or NONE) is fixed at creation. To change it, create a new webhook and deactivate the old one.
• Secrets are never echoed back. update with active: true re-enables a webhook that was disabled after failures. Deleting a webhook and rolling its signing secret are done in Desk.
