get_audit_records

Live server: available on mcp.solvimon.com as well as on the test server.

Who changed what, and when. Needs the AUDIT_RECORD.VIEW permission.

Actions: list, get

A list must be narrowed by target_id, user_id, target_entity_id, or a created_from and created_to range (timestamps with a time zone). Large changes are trimmed in a list; get returns the full change. A change made through MCP shows the signed-in user as its actor.
