get_usage_limits

Live server: available on mcp.solvimon.com as well as on the test server.

Read-only access to usage limits, their live status, alert rules and fired alerts. Limits are soft caps: Solvimon tracks them and alerts, but never blocks usage or invoicing.

Actions: list, get (status supports get only, with customer_id)

Resource types: limits, status, alert_rules, alerts

status sorts by percentage used and marks over_limit from 100%. include_children groups the result by child customer.
