create_checkout_link

Hosted checkout URL for self-serve signup

Live server: test server (test.mcp.solvimon.com) only.

Returns a hosted checkout URL. The customer and subscription are created automatically when the end-customer completes checkout. Returns checkout_url, pricing_plan_subscription_id and expires_at.
