write_quote
Edit quotes and move them through finalize → accept → subscription, plus signing
Live server: on mcp.solvimon.com only the draft actions are available, see Access modes.
Edits quotes and moves them through their lifecycle.
Actions: create, update, delete, set_overrides, replace, finalize, accept, reject, create_subscription, add_recipient, remove_recipient, request_signature, mark_signed
Resource types: quotes, quote_versions, quote_schedules, quote_subscriptions (contract terms and entitlements), quote_pricings (direct pricings), quote_attachments, custom_fields
On live: create and update on quotes, versions, schedules and contract terms, direct pricings and attachments of a DRAFT version, set_overrides, replace, and a confirmed finalize of the latest DRAFT version.
Lifecycle, in order: finalize (locks the version and triggers any approval policy) → accept or reject → create_subscription (turns an accepted quote into a live, charging subscription). You can edit a version only while it is DRAFT. After a rejection, create a new version with action: create, resource_type: quote_versions, body: {quote_id}; it starts empty. update on quote_subscriptions changes the contract terms: initial_term, renewal_term, auto_renewal, due_date_configuration, reference, name and entitlements.
For overrides, ramps, entitlements, direct pricing, quote text, finalizing and signing, see Quote features.
Each lifecycle step is irreversible. Confirm with the user before every one, and especially before create_subscription, which starts billing the customer. Publishing a quote link and sending it by email are done in Desk.
