get_wallets_credits

Read-only access to prepaid credit models and balances.

Actions: list, get, balance, customer_balances

Resource types: wallets, wallet_types, credit_types, wallet_grants, auto_top_up_configs

• balance puts open_balance first: what the customer can still spend. Then reserved usage and the accounting balance.
• A grant’s active_now ignores consumption, so a fully spent grant can still read true.
• An auto top-up shows threshold_matches_wallet; a threshold in the wrong unit never fires.
