# get_documents

**Live server:** available on `mcp.solvimon.com` as well as on the test server.

Finds a record's attachments, reads a document's metadata, or returns a short-lived download link (never the file itself).

**Actions:** `list` (attachments, with `attaches_to` and `resource_id`), `get`, `download_url` (documents)

**Resource types:** `documents`, `attachments`
