# get_audit_records

**Live server:** available on `mcp.solvimon.com` as well as on the test server.

Who changed what, and when. Needs the `AUDIT_RECORD.VIEW` permission.

**Actions:** `list`, `get`

A list must be narrowed by `target_id`, `user_id`, `target_entity_id`, or a `created_from` and `created_to` range (timestamps with a time zone). Large changes are trimmed in a list; `get` returns the full change. A change made through MCP shows the signed-in user as its actor.
